Qualibox is a European platform for certified customer reviews. It allows consumers to read and submit verified reviews about businesses, and enables professionals to collect, manage and showcase their online reputation (profiles, widgets, networks, quote requests).

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, databases, source code) is the exclusive property of ARTIBOX SAS or its partners and is protected by French and international copyright law.

The "Qualibox" trademark and its logo are the property of ARTIBOX SAS. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website's elements, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of ARTIBOX SAS.

Any unauthorised use of the website or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Licence granted by users

By publishing a review or any other content on the platform, the user grants ARTIBOX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence to reproduce, represent, adapt and distribute said content on the Qualibox platform and its communication media (widgets, social networks, partners within the ecosystem).

5. Partner and business data

Qualibox uses public data (notably the Sirène business register) and data from ecosystem partners (Thervy, ArtiBox, Google Business Profile when the business links them). The trademarks and logos of the listed businesses belong to their respective owners.

Business listings are built from information provided by professionals, public data and, where applicable, certified reviews. Any business may request the correction or the claiming of its listing via the contact form or the claim a listing page.

6. Liability

Qualibox endeavours to ensure the accuracy and the updating of the information published on its website. Nevertheless, Qualibox cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available, in particular:

• The reviews displayed are those of users, after moderation and, where possible, verification of a genuine interaction. They reflect the opinion of their authors.
• The information in business listings (contact details, opening hours, descriptions) may change; professionals remain responsible for keeping it up to date.
• Quote requests and introductions carry no guarantee as to the quality, lead times or price of the services performed by the professionals.

In its capacity as a hosting provider within the meaning of the French LCEN Act (Act on Confidence in the Digital Economy), ARTIBOX is not subject to a general obligation to monitor content, but undertakes to promptly remove any manifestly unlawful content reported to it.
